How to defend a cease and desist order from previous company

I signed a non compete order and was fired from the company that i worked for now i am starting my own buisness and they have sent me a cease and desist order what are my otions
What were the conditions of the non compete order and the duration of the same. Why were you terminated from your job and was there any employment agreement between you and the employer. Please share the complete documents pertaining to your query

The law in relation to Non compete and non disclosure agreements is settled since 2015. The Supreme Court has given detailed guidelines/points about non-compete agreements and the cases when such agreements will be calid. in case your case falls within those points only then can it be enforced against you. You need to give a lot more details about tour case before a proper answer can be given.
