How to deal with unfair practices form employer

I have join Pay roll on R V matrix companyin 8th May 2017 as a VBA Developer and deployed in Accenture Sec - 21 Gurugram. After 10 days of joining they said. Sorry we forget to tell you that according to company policy please sign it our Bond. And according to bond ( If I left this company between in one year so, I'll paid 1L rupee to them). That's why I reigned from this position and in 25th May 2017. And after discussed, I have attend office till 5th June 2017. But now they have not received my call. Evidence ( I have proof of joining and approved attendance).
