How to claim regularisation of programme

Dear sir, i am working in revised national tuberculosis control programme as contractual employee. It comes under department of health and family welfare. This programme is funded by both state and central government and also by who. Recently supreme court gave judgement regarding equal pay for equal work.based on this , shall i claim regularisation ?
1.How long you have been working on contractual basis.
2.Where your office .
3.Have you given any representation regarding this to your higher officials?4.what they say in their reply.
As per the supreme Court's order you are eligible.
You can approach the court for the direction.
