How to approach double bench at Rajasthan High Court

My recruitment case is against a psu whose registered office in Bangalore, I am resident of Rajasthan, written paper given at Delhi, Interview at Ghaziabad, my writ petition is dismissed in single bench after 2 years bcoz of jurisdiction matter not on valid points, my question is that can I get benefit from double bench of Rajasthan high court , but how can I defend same jurisdiction point in double bench ??
