How long does it take for a service matter to be disposed of in Punjab

I want to ask that how much time an admitted case takes to solve in Punjab and haryana high court. The case is related to service matter. And it has been admitted since last 6 years approx. Is there any chances of positive results. How a request is to be made to start its urgent hearing.
The facts and the details of your case are required to be be looked into for providing a better solution. Although, legal proceedings are time taking and it can not be predicted as to how much time will a court take to provide a judgement on the said issue. Thus, you can either wait or opt for mediation.
