How can i recover pending salary from my ex company

20-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My company terminated me on December 2015 with a 3 months salary due. They have agreed to pay the debts in 4 installments but only got one in March 2016. Now the Owner/Director of the company is gone missing. What can we do legally to get our money back. (There are about 15 employees facing the problem). We have the owner's/ director's home address in india. ( The company's head office was in bahrain and we were the back office employees).

It appears you were employed abroad. As such, the cause of action also arose there. Of course, it could be made out that the cause of action partly arose in India if you have since return to the Country. Even then, having the ex-employer's address may not be sufficient for a legal action. There are intricate legal aspects involved.
