How can I recover my pending salary from my employer

Sir, I am working in a private company of U.P since Jan. 2013 as a marketing manager of Delhi branch. but after 2 years the quality of product become poor and because of which the payment got stuck and I have recovered it 75% but not completely but the company hasn't paid my salary from last one year and is also harassing me and forcing me not to leave the job. my family is facing many problems financially. please advice me legally what should I do?
