How can I recover my pending dues from the company

I was working in a startup for last 1 year, initially everything is good but after 6 months our salary is getting delayed first time its 10 days , then 20 days next time after 2 months we got salary, Management keep on saying everything will be ok but now they have not paid salary for last 5 month , only paid like 5k to everyone this month which is nothing compared to my 5 month salary. If we ask management no one gives proper answer. Recently i got new job as i have no option , also completed my notice period there and left company. I just cant let my 5 months salary go , what should i do?
To get the full and final settlement from the Company you can send the company a legal Notice asking for the Settlement of the account. If they fail to reply to the legal notice or pay the final settlement account you can file a case against them for recovery of money from the company.
