How can I recover my incentives from my ex employer

06-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was transferred to Dubai (New Firm) from Ahmedabad (Diff Firm) office and no fresh offer letter was given, rather an email for the employment terms was sent. It mentioned about 2% of incentives to be paid annually. However, after my resignation after completeing year, they are showing me HR policies of Indian Entity and not releasing the Incentives. Let me know ways nd means to tackle things with employer.

The initial step for recovery of your pending money is to send a legal notice to the company.

In the legal notice we provide a stipulated time to return the money failing to do so, you would require to file a civil suit for recovery in the concerned civil court. Please note that you will have to pay the corresponding court fee as per the amount of recovery to file the recovery suit.
