How can I get my Original Certificates back from my company

I got a job in a company where i had furnished my original documents. after 5 months of service i want to resign and get my original certificate back but they are not giving it. how can i get it back?

Let me know wether you are employed by govt, semi govt ,private company.
If it is govt you have to give appropriate reason to concern dept Secretary .
In case of pct company there will be some agreement between the employer and employe that will last for particular period.but if there is no such agreement then you can collect it directly Orr by issuing legal notice on your behalf to your employer becausethey ccan't hold you orginal certificates just to bind you to do duty .I will get you certificates back just through proper way .brief me complete details .
