How can i get my due payment from previous company?

I have leaved a software compnay (http://www.b24esolutions.com/) before 1.5 year according to leave policy. My due payment on this company approx Rs. 1 Lac and on leave date i received email also related to get my due salary amount within 6 month.In march 2016 company closed. Approx 70-80 employees not getting due amount of this company. Many times we have follow legally action but nothing happen because company Director's high jack on higher departments of police, court and Civil services etc.Special point These directors are join new company as a partner (http://www.mobzway.com/).Plz help me
The initial step for recovery of your pending money is to send a legal notice to the company.
