23-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working with a private company in pune . as per my appointmrnt letter and CTC an amount of Rs. 1000000/- was to be paid to me per year. But after completion of one year I left the company . Now company is refusing to pay the performance pay which was part of my CTC . During my tenure with company , I was never told by any performance related issue and my performnce was good . Even relieving letter does not mention any thing about my performance. What are legal options available to me

Did you enter into an employment contract with your employer? If yes, then do share the details because it would contain a clause regarding resignation and payment of salary in lieu of notice period. If not, then you should immediately send a legal notice to your employer and demand payment of your dues and if your company then fails to pay then you can approach the appropriate labour court for redressal.
