How can foreigner apply for jobs in India

My friend want to do job in India and she is a Bangladeshi. can she have job in India with the Bangladesh's educational documents? She is an electrical engineer.
MY OPINION THAT i have study your question, i think that if your friend have visa at India, for job, and if she is accepted for job at India by present central Govt., as well as if BANGLADESH Govt. passed & accepted her proposition ,then it can be possible.
