Harassment by employer: what actions can I take against him?

I am a working women in an MNC in Pune . I really need a good advise as i have been facing a lot of issue from my direct reporting manger from past 2 years. he has been Meddling with my personal belongings behind my back back (checking my desk phone) has Isolating me professionally in the office.Threatening and dominating me unfairly..Deliberately discouraging me and hindering my work, Screaming or showing vulgarity in team meets. Holding back deserved leaves, promotions and training. blocking applications for training, leave or promotion. And lately and most irritating is act of malevolent and untrue rumors, scandals at work and personal life too
you have save the records for launching a criminal complaint against concern persons. you can also approach to superiors with detail facts with intent to give warning to that person with stipulated time. if they failed take serious about it ' otherwise you should made a criminal complaint against all these persons in police station also. .
