09-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
After being harassed from male co-workers , we (women) complained to the company and it agreed to investigate. Instead,a meeting was held and we have been told that there is no evidence of harassment. what do we do now? Do we need to approach police for help?

Yes. You can report the incident to police. If the concerned police station doesn't lodge the report, you may file an application before SSP. Still if nothing happens then you may file an application u/s 156 (3) Cr. P. C. before CJM.

Yes, proceed with your police complaint under The Sexual Harassment at The Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, do name all the male members and also mention the name of the person in the company / management who was informed for the same. You would get immediate relief.
