Govt. not giving salary what action can be take to get pending dues

Respected Sir/ Madam, i'm Working as lower division clerk, in Westbengal health and family welfare. We are recruited through exam, named wbssc in 2013. Joined in service 10th july, 2016. As salary we are getting basic + grade pay, which is approximately 9500/-. Now as I heard about a case in Supreme Court, where SC clearly stated about equal salary in same post. Need your help.

yes you can with due process of law, request you to provide more details and request you if you can meet me in person for better understanding.
Supreme Court judgements are there but we have to whether you fall directly on the point or not which is difficult to understand here.

MY OPINION THAT i am looking through your matter & my opinion that you have every right to move before competent be cause you have constitutional right & privilege to contest at the competent forum , do move accordingly, contact with me.

Since you are in a Govt Job, the pay scales for any particular post are bound to be as per govt notifications and orders. There cannot be any discrimination in the pay scale for the same post. So far as Supreme Court judgement is concerned, no comment can be made about it without going through the said judgement. You can contact me if you want to discuss this further.
