Govt job verification form should i disclose criminal case pending

Sir,I had a charge against me of 323,341 and 34 IPC and I received summon from the court and I attended the court.Then the court said that a summon is issued to the witness of the opposition and gave me a date.Later,I decided to end the case and talked to the main complainant and he was agreed and came with me to the court and withdrew the case.Now,my question is in govt.job verification form,what should I write in in the answer of the question 'Have you ever been prosecuted?' Yes or No? 'Have you ever been charge sheeted by the police?' Yes or No? If yes,then what to do?
in law an accused is presumed to be innocent till proved guilty. Mere pendency of criminal case against you should not be a problem .
You should give correct answer about pendency of criminal case against you. if you will suppress that fact in your application and still signed the application with the statement that whatever information you disclosed in the application is true, then there may be a problem in future on exposure of that fact to the Master / Employer. It may result in termination.
