Government employee terminated, bank denying to give loan. What to do?

1-My father in law being government employee took subsidy for opening fish farm .During that period he was suspended from job from not present later when didn't succeeded ,re-join office on basis of medical ground ( now query) a-whether he is eligible for subsidy for extra income away from office without intimation. b-he had taken cheques during absent but shown himself medical unfit for re-joining after suspension. c-So medical certificate are fake as he was running fish farm as cheques of subsidy as RTI reply I had detail. d-Also since 2002 -2016 when he left govt accommodation not paid any electricity bills and water bills . e- I have intimated his govt employer 1 week before retirement but he did not took action . f- while filing RTI against govt Fish farm agency ,Bank who gave subsidy without checking KYC more over subsidy and loan for which he is not eligible

Dear sir,

You being a government employee or not does not mean that you are entitled for loan. The bank have certain criteria to pass loan. you need to fall and fulfill the criteria of the loan and if you dont then the bank has the liberty to reject the loan.
