Got only 1 month incentive instead of 2 in final settlement what to do

I worked as a rwlatioship officer in adecco pvt ltd deployed to bajaj finserv I have resigned my jod recently but in my final settlement i have to get two months incentive but they have given me only one month incentive.what should i do?
The proper course of action would be to send a legal notice to the company. also, attach to the legal notice a portion of your bank statement which proves that dues from the company was debited to your account. If they do not respond to the legal notice then the proper course of action would be to file a suit
