Got notice from ex-employer regarding bond

24-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My ex-employer sent me a notice stating that I did not completed the tenure with them. I quit that company as I was bothered by the manager and he usually tries to put me down in front of other employees in spite of my good performance at work.

You can file a complaint in the labour court for harassment by your employer. As according your employment contract there might have been a clause mentioning serving of notice period. But as your were forced to resign due to discrimination at work place, inspite of your good performance, you can file a complaint for the redressal of the same in labour court.
