IF THE CHEQUE IN QUESTION IS NOT ISSUED IN DISCHARGE OF LEGALLY ENFORCED DEBT OR LIABILITY, THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY. KINDLY ENSURE THAT THIS FACT IS MENTIONED IN THE AGREEMENT OR NOT REGARDING DEPOSIT OF CHEQUE.

You have joined private firm so you will be governed by the agreement (you are saying the letter ) which has been executed between you and your firm so I wil advice you that kindly read the agreement properly that what would be position if you breach the contract and leave the firm before 6 months. I think there would be the clause for such tipe circumstances so read properly your agreement for appointment.

So for as the notice for cheque bounce is concern you can pay the amount of the cheque in 15 days after receiving the notice for cheque bounce so Will be discharge from your all liabilities becouse when you have signed the agreement for 6 months service you can not leave before 6 months.

And for breach of agreement the firm have to prove it before the court and the loss of the firm to get any relief against you.
