Got hired company people harassed me and now sending legal notice

company hired me for USA conference, i gave my Visa fee,it was for 15 days, they sent me back in 7 days without my contusing me. in USA they harassed me in different ways. They took my Laptop, they put the aligation me that i am stealing the laptop. When i came to India, i got a termination letter on email my all company people were in CC. They have not paid me anything, although i kept asking for me salary. Before going to USA, i had post a comment on some website regarding the company as, i has seen so many negetive comments. they are sending legal notice asking to apologise
From your query, there seems to be a case. Company cannot arbitrarily take any action against you. Please get in touch with your documentation and we will see what can be done. Meanwhile, do not reply to notice without seeking advise.

If company has not given you your salary and terminated you then fistly you can send them lagal demand notice for payment of your salary and also asked them to reinstate in the company. If they failed to do so then you can approah to apropriate court of law.

Can u pls share the correspondence u have had with the company including the legal notice. On what grounds are they seeking an apology in legal notice. We would need to analyse yout correspondance with the company at the time of employment, employment agreement etc. We would need the entire seriatim of events.
