Got govt job in divorce quota and married again to same person

Sir/Mam, Mrs. "X" got divorce in 2002 & she get Govt. job in 2004 with divorce quota. In 2007 she get remarriage with the same person to which she get divorce. After that she gave birth two child & Right now she is doing her job in govt. department. Can she discontinue from her job if somebody legally object her? While she got divorce there was no special quota or rule for divorce women. please suggest me, what to do??

Unless it is proved that they taken divorce to grab a government service only and in fact the both were living as husband and wife all the time, it is not a fraud of any kind.

A divorced woman not restricted that she can not marry again with the same person.

Once the appointment is given, she can not be dismissed contrary to service rules.

After joining service there is not restriction that divorced woman can not marry to any body or even previous husband.

If No fraud is there, everything is ok. She can not be expelled from services.
