Getting father's pension even after marriage should I inform them

I was getting fathers pension. but there was a condition that after marriage I am not liable to get it. I am Married now but did not informed them. I am still geting pension. Will this effect or have adverse effect
Yes it's having reverse effect and its depend upon them that what they pray before the respective court against you and you can be protected mentioning that you were not knowing and now the pension can be stopped
