Getting back into the service resigned earlier

Respected Sir, I was a central government employee in autonomous body and resigned from the service due to discrimination and harassment and joined state government without proper channel permission. Now I want to go back to my previous service after 6 months of resignation and 3 months after relieving from service. I don't disclose my history and future to both sides. Kindly help me otherwise I would lose my mind in this department.....
It is not possible as you have already resigned from the previous employer. However, you will have to go through the whole appointment procedure for joining the same. You will have to start from the scratch.
