Hi sir, my friend gave yellow notice to bank credits.. now he try to government job... if any problem his got government job in future?
As your friend has been proven himself insolvent, all the property that is vested in his interest will be seized. Though, he was a defaulter in the case though, there is no problem in getting govt. jobs.
