Full salary not given by private hospital

I m dr Balu worked for 20 days in a industry as a medical officer through a private hospital contract they paid for first 2 months properly bt after that I stopped from duty .20 days I worked 3rd month now they r giving Rs17000 instead of Rs 25000 actually I don't have any proof other than attendance register I signed @industry can I do something legally against them please give me some idea

you had stated that your work was based on the private hospital contract. your job , salary, resignation procedure and other terms were covered by this agreement. If you had complied with the clause for the resignation from job as per the contract, then they have to pay the entitled salary for the duty attended days. Plz clarify , what was the salary agreed by both of you per month. Even in the absence of any other proof, you can agitate your grievance provided your resignation should be as per the clause of the Private Hospital Contract otherwise they will claim damages.
