Full & Final Settlement not made by employer

Sir, I have resigned my Job on May 2012. But my final settlement was not made stil now. I have send many mails requesting for my settlement. Please help in this matter
It seems that your matter has been unresolved for unduly long. You must approach the Labour Inspector your area and file a complaint with him regarding the pending dues. The Labour inspector can also take the matter before the magistrate in case he finds merit in your case. Else you could even file a complaint before the Magistrate.

Hi,
I would suggest you to please check is there any arbitration clause, if not then would suggest to go for civil suit. You are already late check your contract and go for. There is a limitation in Indian Law for each cause of action.
