Full and final settlement not made by company how to handle it

I resigned from pharma company in 2016 Feb as a manager. I was asked to submit no dues from stockist and reporting manager ( director) I subited the same in March 16. But still settlement has no done. Company based at delhi am in madurai tamil Nadu. How to proceed.
You can send a legal notice to the HR department of your company of your office demanding the payment of the said dues, if the employer denies/ignores to comply to the same then, you can file a civil recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
