Forceful departmental transfer can I resign and claim compensation

04-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have joined a reputed Co. as a Sr. Exe -BD but for some reasons company's BD department had to close and I willing accepted my movement to operational department as I was in dire need of the job. Now after1 & 1/2 years Co. transferred almost 60 staff members including me to inbound calling process citing the reason that there is no work in Op. Dept. I am 50 years of age and this process does not suit me in any way and there is no future for me ..but company says it is the requirement and if you don't feel comfortable simply resign. I want to quit and seek suitable compensation..Please advice

Hi sir, your case seems to be peculiar and need more study you are requested to share more details, about your terms and conditions at the time of joining, nature of work you were trained, nature of work you were employed and what kind of work is expected from you now. Have you apprised the company about the difficulties you are facing in writing if not kindly do that. If written reply is given kindly share with us.Regds
