Fired without notice how to sue employer

I am an IT professional and I would like to sue my employer. He fired me and other managers without giving any notice and compensation amount. I would like to know if there is any law and orders where i can sue them and get compensation amount?

Yes you can sue him as it was incumbent to give you advance notice, at least 60 days in advance before terminating you. If he fired you without giving you advance notice, he ought had given you compensate in lieu of immediate termination. You can also challenge your termination if it was without a cause and in violation of the terms contained in your employment agreement. This case will be filed in the labour Court.

You can always challenge an arbitrary termination /dismissal order. The order for termination of services can be passed only after following the due procedure. The employment contract between you and the company will have the clause pertaining to termination of services.

Yes you can sue your employer in labour court for illegal retrenchment and competition so you meet any advocate personally and file complain case before Labour court. Firstly consent any advocate personally .
