Petty criminal offense which do not render any person unfit can't be taken into consideration for ground of rejection to a government job. However you need to disclose about this case to the government and based on the final verdict of the court the government will decide whether the case amounts to minor offense or not.

Hi, as per the details provided by you that you were arrested under section 170/151 of Cr PC on a minor dispute with your neighbor, I believe both of you were exonerated and the case is closed. In such circumstances normally no action is taken by the Govt against the Govt servant, in your case also I don't foresee much difficulty in getting an appointment, not to worry and do not be apprehensive. If any action is taken against the appointment you can take legal help. All the best
