Father worked for 20 years not they are asking to vacate the place

My father was appointed as a watchman in 1988 in school ground with Rs.500/- pm, from 1992 to 2011 my father was not given a salary as well as no any facility like washroom, tap etc provided by them. After 20 year other person became trusty alone there, now he is trying to put out us. What must we do now?
