Father suspended from job now not given back salary after acquittal

My father is a govt teacher at govt sanskrit school in rajasthan. Due to a case was suspended in 2006 but acquittal by punjab and haryana high court in 2013. Salary is pending from 2006 to 2016..from rajasthan govt sanskrit dept

After acquittal, he is entitle to get reinstatement and back wages along with all consequential benefits. You must file a Writ Petition in this regard before the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court. Also he will be eligible for promotion, if any pending.

Dear , you have not mentioned that your father was under which sort of case i mean what sort of charges he was facing ? If he was facing any criminal case ? during suspension period he was reporting to any office or school? before filing a suit for pending salary he needs to write to higher authority for giving pending salary and after a certain period which he should maintain in letter only , then he should file a case if any positive out come does not appear to come. I think most likely he is entitled to get salary . But please provide more details.
