Father suspended from job for opposing transfer in court

my father works in DR.APJ abdul kalam university lko, he got an transfer order from the university, which he challenged in highcourt lucknow bench on grounds of malified intension court accepted the writ. during the course of hearing, university issued another order of suspension of his service on same grounds for not accepting the transfer order? can university do this while the matter is in court? is it legal

No university have no right during hearing suspend the reason behalf of same allegation , please challenge the committee order in the courts , most probably court stay the collage impugned order. There is too many rullings

no university cannot suspend your father on grounds of not taking transfer. If your father has obtained stay against transfer then he can move in contempt against the universtiy. Also he can challenge the suspension order.

You can challange both the order depending upon the order you got in earlier writ petition weather there is any stay was provided to u earlier or the notice to the respondent has been issued as transfer is a policy there can be aremedy
