Father retired from government service. How to reimburse medical bills

my father is working in central government department.now he is retired in december 2014.they will affected from disease multiple myloma like blood cancer from may 2015.they will treated from hospital medanta the medicity gurgaun which is too costly.all the payments which i have will be paid for treatment.sir please give me advice how can i re imburse all the payments from central government department.
