Father died in service no dues given except pension can we file case

Respected sir my father was executive officer in nagar palika seohara dist.bijnor up,he was died during his services by liver cirrhosis.we did not get any dues like PF,Gratuity, leave encashment and any other dues except pension. It is almost 2 years but they are very unresponsible and we are so helpless. So suggest me can we go to the court and file case for our dues?
You have the right to recover your father's dues from the government and you can file a writ petition in your High Court under Mandamus under which the courts orders the government to perform its duty which it is obliged to perform according to law.
