Fake molestation charges how to prove it wrong

I am a head constable in Force .I am charged with a fake molestation charges by one of my colleagues and the authorities are not considering my side they are just doing inquiries on the basis of the statement of my female colleague and they are treating like a molesters .Is there I can do to defend myself .after the intial judgement by authorities they have stopped my promotion for 7 years and now again doing review to increase the punishment.please help me out what should I do?
Being a member of a state organ, you must be knowing the gravity and consequences of the charge stated by you.Here you had to prove your non involvement in the matter and you failed to do so.Please consult a professional who is thorough in the matter of your service rules.
