Extended probation period in manufacturing company

Working in automotive company form past 15 months as assistant manger Administration , but still on probation period, normally its 6 months probation in this company. Due to my manager is incapable and do not have experience in this area of work no one in my department is been confirmed as manager do not want. Kindly help me is there any law which can help me. need to know about the maximum probation period in any privet company.
That would entirely depend on the contract of employment and letter of appointment issued by the company. There is no prescribed probation period under law for private employment.
