Exploitation by employer, what can be done?

I am doing work in eagle eye management as a security guard from 2 year. I am suffering mentally & physically torchure by supervisor. He (supervisor) wants one person whose like pet dog. I came job for company but supervisor wants a pet dog. I have to do body massage, going toilet for help, etc..... So, I want resign. But company is not reliving me.... This is blackmail. Supervisor tell, if u will give resign then I will do lie theft complain.
