30-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
The company I worked for had three partners will the ratio of 40:30:30 , one left the company and one is out of the country , partner with 40 percent contribution is running the company right now . When I contacted them the one with 40 percent share is ready to pay me 40 percent of the amount and asked me to contact other two individually for rest of the amount , I have tried contacting them multiple time but no reply it been more than a year . Total amount is around 32000 , thus I am not sure going legal is very much feasible please guide me how to proceed.

You can send the partners a legal notice demanding the payment of the dues. You have the option of claiming the said dues from any of the partners individually or collectively from all the three. Also, to claim the said dues, you will have to file a recovery suit in the civil court claiming the full and final settlement along with the compensation.
