Employment termination without reason what action can i take.

I was working in Engineering college (Private Un-aided Engineering college under University of Pune) for more than 7 years. My selection was under UGC approval for more than 6 years under University of Pune. In Sep 2016, college told your service will be terminated from Oct 2016. When i asked for reason, they have not given any substantial explanation. Now I want to fight this case against college. Could you please tell me the approximate amount required? Will I get positive result? How much time it will require? I also want my gratuity.
