Employment as temporary employee in LIC of India

Respected Sirs, I was employed in LIC of India, Kerala, as a temporary employee from 31.01.1991 to 25.04.1991 under LI.C of.India (Staff) Regulations, 1960. Based on the recent judgement of the Supreme Court, will I be eligible for appointment in LIC. I have submitted my application as called for by LIC in May 2015. Request you valued response.
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
