Employer using unlawful way to terminate my service what to do

22-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Employed with the company for 12 years. I Head a department at a supermarket where a theft happened and its done by my boss and my subordinate. As I am in-charge of that department. I'm been used as a scapegoat and entire blame is on me. I received a show cause notice to prove my innocence. Both my boss and subordinate has resigned. And now entire pressure is on me.

submit a reply to the show cause explaining in detail the incidents and true facts denying all the allegations. You should alternatively ask for the cctv footage or recording if any recording the alleged act of theft. If after such enquiry is done and there is no favourable outcome in your favour you can challenge the inquiry report etc. before the labour court.

You should seek legal help in replying back to that notice and shall shift the burden of proof to those who have already resigned from the job because of their involvement in the crime.
While replying back to that notice you should prove your point by the way of facts and proof if thereto.
