Employer terminated without any reason, what action to take?

11 months worked today he paid only last month salary & told me not to come for work from tomorrow without region even last 6 months he has not paid my full salary & last two months trawling allowance also please advise me what can i do?
you shall file a petition in the labour comissionar under the payment of wages act 1936. you can also file a criminal complaint before the judicial magistrat such kind of illegal act of the employer.
