Employer terminated me on conviction under 489a no financial support

Two years back i was removed from service by my employer 'bsnl' against the one year conviction in 498a to me without giving any financial benefits.i have come to know that some sc judgements are there in my favour as far as fin benefits concerns. But i have not any.can i get the financial benefits for my about more than 15 years sevice?

In case termination from employment due to criminal charges you have a right to claim for termination benefits. There are certain financial benefits that you can claim for after termination.
