Employer not releasing payment what to do.

I accepted a work contract through internet but after complete submission of work the employer is not releasing my payment on the pretext that he shall review and then release the payment however, he is already selling and using the non reviewed material while delaying my payment. He has not received my single call and his email responses are vague not clarifying when the payment shall be made. It has been 3 months of chasing now.
Please take note of following -
1.You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or if they do not give any proper response to the notice then you can drag them to the competent court of jurisdiction.

Hi, will glad to help you. If they have done so, you should approach district court for recovery of your money. If you live in Delhi and amount involved is less than two crore and if amount is more than 2 crore file a case before HC
