Employer not paying salary what action can i take

Dear sir,. I would like inform u that i have worked in Private Ltd company for 3 years .From last 5 months i am not getting the salary on time . Salary for the October month they paid me in the month of December . I have left that company by giving resignation letter. Now they have pay the salary for the month of November and December . I have sent them a mail for non payment of salary .In this situation what i have to do ? Shall i register a complaint in Labor Union office ? Kindly inform me how i should handle this case . Thank you

No need to file complaint through union, just send legal notice from lawyer, after file a suit against your company for getting all legal dues , even salary and others, you kindly approach me to explain and file a suit.

If there is a Labour Union for your employee classification, please file a complaint for outstanding dues. You mentioned that you sent an email for non-payment of salary - what did they reply to this? Also, have they accepted your resignation letter? If not, then you are still an employee.
