Employer not giving Terminal dues after resignation from service

I was working in SBI from 5th jan 2009 after 7 years service I resigned from 01 June 2016 because of personal reasons. I have given one months notice in lieu of salary & completed all the formalities as per banks rule . After my resignation I applied for my legitimate Terminal dues to the bank but it's been almost 3 months over none of application have been processed upon follow-up on 20th Aug 16 I was told by the authorities that my application is misplaced & told me apply fresh . Dear Sir,

to start with you may send them a legal notice failing which you may also file a recovery case against them. being a govt. organisation they cannot keep the dues which are entitled to you. you may also file a RTI asking them the question regarding the release of the dues.
