Employer not giving salary nor relieving and experience letter?

I was working in IT company after 10-11 month company have financial problem, i said management many time form salary after 2 month, they said next week next week. after 2 month i resigned and my notice period was 3 month but due to money problem i was unable to go office. So after 1 month in notice period i stopped to go office and put mail i am unable to come office. That time they are not replying my mail and calls. After one month i went to office again for reliving they agreed and said finish some work. I finished work in 10-12 days and they said you relieved and gave me mail confirmation

Its the statutory duty of any organisation ( in this case your company) to pay all dues and taxes as per the applicable laws. There is nothing like not being able to afford under the law. The company it appears is not willing to pay your legitimate dues and you should take appropriate action as per law.
